The first thing we ask anyone looking to join Eligo is ‘what is it you love about Recruitment?’. We started Eligo in 2001 for one simple reason; we loved Recruitment, but we didn’t love the way it was being done in the companies we had worked in before.
In the 15 years since we have grown organically to 30 consultants, from one sector to four, and from helping 10 candidates to helping over 4000. We put this down to our initial goals and values, and dedication to our own staff, the communities we work in, and of course, the DevOps and Technology companies we partner with every day.
We work across the technology spectrum, partnering with companies from start-ups and SMEs through to blue-chip FTSE 100 corporates across key specialisms including DevOps, Open Source, Sitecore, Testing and QA, and SAP. Last year our DevOps Recruitment team partnered with these on their DevOps and Tech Recruitment placing over 25 DevOps professionals with an average salary of £60-75k.
