Project Administrator:
Harlow (Office-Based, Moving to Hybrid).

£26,000 per annum.


We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Administrator to join a busy Projects Department in Harlow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves keeping things organised, working collaboratively, and supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers etc, throughout project lifecycles
  • Organise and prepare Job Packs for engineers
  • Arrange client appointments and liaise with residents (by phone and in writing)
  • Manage project documentation including O&M manuals, billing, and completion paperwork
  • Track project progress using Excel and update internal systems
  • Act as a key point of contact for Project Managers, Clients, and Subcontractors
  • Help with ordering equipment and booking labour within budget
  • Support with compliance documentation for audits
  • Assist in managing subcontractor invoices and reconciling works completion
What We’re Looking For:
  • An experienced Administrator
  • Someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A self-starter who can work independently but thrives in a team
  • Confident communicator at all levels – internal and external
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • Tenacious when chasing information and ensuring accuracy
