About the Role / Über die Rolle We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Projektleiter) in the field of electronic security systems (Sicherheitstechnik) to manage enterprise-level access control (Zutrittskontrolle) and CCTV (Videoüberwachung) projects across Germany and EMEA.

This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing international security integrator, delivering solutions for some of the most secure and complex environments in Europe.

Your Tasks (Ihre Aufgaben):

• Lead projects from pre-sales to design, delivery, commissioning, and aftercare
• Act as the main contact and trusted advisor for enterprise clients
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project risk
• Oversee installation of Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, CCure, Honeywell, Milestone, Avigilon systems
• Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers across Germany and Europe
• Verantwortung für Projekte vom Pre-Sales über Design, Umsetzung, Inbetriebnahme bis zum Aftercare
• Hauptansprechpartner und vertrauenswürdiger Berater für Kunden
• Budget-, Termin-, Subunternehmer- und Risikomanagement
• Betreuung der Installation von Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, CCure, Honeywell, Milestone, Avigilon Systemen
• Sicherstellung von technischer, vertraglicher und regulatorischer Compliance
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Lieferanten in Deutschland und Europa

Your Profile (Ihr Profil):

• 10+ years’ experience in security systems (Sicherheitssysteme) such as access control & CCTV
• 5+ years of proven experience as Project Manager / Projektleiter including budget responsibility
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, CCure, Milestone, Avigilon)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills an advantage
• 10+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sicherheitssysteme (Zutrittskontrolle & Videoüberwachung)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter/Projektmanager mit Budgetverantwortung
• Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (PMP, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbar)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Enterprise-Systemen (Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, CCure, Milestone, Avigilon)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gutes Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
