The Opportunity:
As a Service Operations Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring service delivery runs like clockwork. From coordinating engineers across multiple regions to supporting internal systems and processes, you'll be at the heart of operations — making a real impact every day.

✔ Proven admin experience — ideally with scheduling or engineering support exposure
✔ A methodical and detail-oriented approach
✔ Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
✔ The ability to stay calm, organised, and focused under pressure
