You will support the delivery and optimisation of mobile performance campaigns designed to drive app installs, engagement, and long-term customer value. Expect exposure to a broad mix of channels, including mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, paid social, and Google App campaigns. Day-to-day, this includes helping to plan campaigns, track performance, produce reports, test creative ideas, and work with internal teams across BI, marketing, and country leads to ensure results are consistently strong.

Key Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in mobile or digital performance marketing
- Experience working with or exposure to mobile platforms such as mobile ad networks, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, or Facebook app campaigns
- Strong analytical approach, with interest in campaign data, attribution, and KPI tracking
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and managing multiple workstreams
- Solid communication and organisational skills, with a passion for learning
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular)
- Exposure to in-app optimisation, creative testing, or ASO
- Background in fast-paced industries such as gaming, entertainment, or agency environments
- Understanding of mobile fraud prevention tools or app analytics platforms
