JUNIOR INSTALLATION ENGINEER – NORTH LONDON / NORTHERN HOME COUNTIES
All-in salary of £30,000 + fully expensed company van

This role is perfect if you’re at the early stages of your career – whether you’re a trainee engineer, junior engineer, electrician’s mate, or improver looking to step up and become a skilled Security Installation Engineer.

What you’ll need:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations (power, lighting, wiring, etc.) OR experience as an electrician’s mate
• Exposure to CCTV, access control, or automation systems (bonus but not essential)
• Ideally, an ECS/ESC card (but don’t worry if not – we’ll provide full training)
• Based in North London or Northern Home Counties (within ~1 hour of Hemel Hempstead)
• Full UK driving licence
• Legal right to work in the UK
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn!

What you’ll do: As a Junior Installation Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience installing CCTV, access control, automation systems, and more! You’ll work closely with a Senior Engineer for the first 6 months to learn the ropes, shadowing and getting practical mentoring.
