About the Opportunity
You’ll be joining an established international business operating at the intersection of iGaming, finance, and licensing. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take on international responsibilities, working closely with finance, legal, and commercial teams, as well as B2B clients across multiple jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take ownership of tax planning, compliance, and reporting across several global markets, including, UK, Isle of Man, Malta, Curaçao, Romania, and Canada. You’ll review and coordinate licensing agreements, advise on payment structuring, and monitor cross-border tax obligations and risks. Your expertise will help ensure the business stays compliant with changing regulations while optimising financial efficiency. Day to day, you’ll be collaborating with advisors, auditors, and legal teams to implement best practices, while supporting international clients on tax and licensing matters.

Key Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in tax consulting, international finance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of tax regimes, cash flow management, and financial planning across multiple jurisdictions (ideally UK, Isle of Man, Malta, Curaçao, Romania, and Canada).
- Previous exposure to gaming, licensing agreements, or B2B client environments.
- Higher education in finance, law, or accounting.
- Strong English skills
- Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
- ACCA, ADIT, or certified tax consultant qualifications.
- Familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, SAGE) and ERP-integrated tax tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
