The Impact
- End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead the commissioning process from design review and specification drafting through to final operational handover.
- Critical Systems Oversight: Ensure flawless performance of large-scale backup generators, liquid cooling systems, and massive-scale power distribution.
- International Coordination: Work within a global delivery model, managing diverse teams on a rotation basis (e.g., 11/3 or 10/4 rotations).
- HSEQ Leadership: Uphold world-class health, safety, and quality standards in Finland’s unique climate and construction environment.
What You Bring
- Hyperscale Experience: Proven experience delivering Level 4/5 commissioning on large-scale (20MW ) technical builds.
- Project Controls: Skilled in generating commissioning dashboards and tracking progress against high-stakes project milestones.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with international travel or relocation to Finland's growing tech hubs like
