We’re working with a global leader in electronic security systems—trusted in over 80 countries and growing fast. With a 60+ year legacy, they specialise in innovative Door Entry, CCTV, Home Automation, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarm solutions.
They’re now looking for a Product Support Engineer to join their technical team at their Luton HQ.
What Makes This Role Different? This isn’t your typical support desk job. This role is ideal for someone from a connected technology background—perhaps you’ve worked in security systems, AV, access control, or similar—and have real-world, hands-on experience with wiring, installing, or configuring hardware.
You’ll be supporting engineers and installers, helping them resolve technical issues with confidence because you’ve been there and done it yourself.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- A background in electronics, installations, or hands-on wiring work (security, AV, alarms, access control, etc.)
- Experience in a 1st Line Support, Helpdesk, or tech-focused customer service role
- A solid technical mindset with good fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills—confident explaining tech solutions to engineers
- Comfortable using helpdesk systems, remote support tools, and email
- Supporting engineers and customers via phone, email & remote tools
- Diagnosing hardware and software issues in security systems
- Logging and managing support tickets from first contact through to resolution
- Escalating more complex faults when needed
- Keeping up with product updates, system releases, and new tech
- Up to £35,000 salary + Monthly Bonus Scheme
