Background and experience:

I bring 23 years of experience in recruitment, with over 15 years dedicated to the IT sector. I began my career in Italy, recruiting across a variety of industries including engineering, finance, HR, and sales, which helped shape my broad commercial understanding of how different organisations operate.

Since moving to the UK in 2011, I have focused on IT recruitment for the Italian market, working closely with fintech, SaaS, and consulting businesses to support their growth. In my role as a Business Development Manager, I build long-term client partnerships, identify recruitment challenges, and design tailored hiring strategies that align with both immediate needs and long-term business goals.

What drives me most is helping organisations strengthen their teams through the right talent, while ensuring candidates find opportunities that genuinely support their career progression.
