Background and experience:

I’m a Delivery Consultant at Eligo Recruitment, supporting candidates and consultants across the SAP recruitment market in Italy. My role focuses on connecting SAP and ERP professionals with the right job opportunities, ensuring their skills, career goals, and interests align with the needs of our clients.

I often think of recruitment like reading a book — every candidate has a different story, and taking the time to understand each one is key to helping them move on to the right next chapter. In my day-to-day role, I support the recruitment process through CV screening, candidate conversations, and shortlisting, working closely with our experienced SAP recruitment team to deliver across the Italian SAP and technology market.

What I enjoy most is getting to know people from different backgrounds, understanding their career journeys, and helping create positive, supportive experiences for both candidates and clients. I’m naturally curious, empathetic, and keen to learn, and I enjoy developing my recruitment skills while building a deeper understanding of SAP roles, ERP systems, and the wider technology job market in Italy.
