Data Center Site Operations Manager (Hyper-Scale) – Riyadh, KSA Ready to run one of the most critical environments on the planet? This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a 24/7 hyper-scale data center, where uptime is everything and excellence is non-negotiable.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead the full operation of a large-scale data center facility—managing both in-house engineers and external service providers to keep systems running seamlessly. From power and cooling to security and network infrastructure, you’ll ensure peak performance, reliability, and efficiency at all times. You’ll take ownership of operational strategy, service delivery, and continuous improvement—refining runbooks, optimizing maintenance programs, and driving SLA performance for multiple tenants. You’ll also play a key role in sustainability initiatives, certification processes, and aligning operations with global best practices. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:
Lead and develop high-performing technical teams
Oversee mission-critical MEP systems to ensure maximum uptime
Ensure strong incident response and risk management practices
Partner with tenants to deliver exceptional service and capacity planning
Embed safety, security, and compliance into every aspect of operations
What you bring
8 years in data center operations, including leadership experience
Strong expertise in critical infrastructure (power, cooling, MEP systems)
Experience managing large facilities and third-party providers
Solid understanding of SLAs, DCIM/BMS tools, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, Uptime Institute)
A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills
