In this role, you will take ownership of medium-sized projects, lead client relationships, and mentor the next generation of talented engineers within a premier global consultancy.

What you'll be doing

• Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, daily decision-making, and financial and technical QA/QC tracking.
• Design Excellence: Create, validate, and check engineering calculations, controls applications, and building services designs.
• Client Engagement: Lead technical meetings and offer trusted advice directly to external stakeholders.
• Site Operations: Oversee surveys, testing, and compliance reports for existing installations to ensure strict alignment with functional and safety specifications.
• Mentorship: Take responsibility for the technical accuracy and growth of trainees, graduates, and engineers.

 
What we're looking for

• Qualifications: Grado or Máster en Ingeniería (or equivalent experience) and registration with a Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros.
• Progression: Currently working towards Chartered Engineer status (CENG) or equivalent.
• Experience: A background in engineering consultancy or construction, with proven skill in specification design across multiple building types.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of BS standards, local Health & Safety legislation, and IT-based calculation software.
• Skills: Strong managerial capabilities, excellent workload prioritisation, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
