Our client is a leading UK engineering consultancy with a specialist Mission Critical & Data Centres team — and they're looking for a Principal or Associate Electrical
Engineer to join them in London.

This is a senior, client-facing role with real influence over how complex, high-stakes projects are designed and delivered across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

What the role involves:
 Leading the technical delivery of electrical design on data centre and mission critical projects, from concept through to completion
 Developing strategic design concepts that meet client briefs and regulatory requirements
 Representing the team in client meetings, translating project briefs and keeping stakeholders aligned
 Supporting fee management and resource planning alongside the project leader
 Mentoring the next generation of engineers, including graduates and apprentices

What they're looking for:
 A strong background in electrical engineering with specific experience on data centre or mission critical projects
 Proficiency with BIM/Revit, Electrical OM, DIALux and/or Relux
 Experience in a consultancy or design-led environment, comfortable managing client and contractor relationships
 Someone who brings a collaborative mindset and genuinely invests in the people around them
