Your mission? To streamline device deployment, ensure top-tier device management, and create custom software packages that will make learning more efficient and enjoyable for the school!
You’ll also handle second line escalation support, implement security best practices, and craft exceptional documentation.

Why You Should Apply to this Tier 2 Apple Jamf Schools Support Engineer role:
- Be the star pupil when it comes to Jamf School support and small-scale deployments.
- Take ownership of support tickets and lead the charge in resolving technical issues.
- Help your schools maintain ISO 9001 and 27001 standards for security compliance.
- Show off your skills with Apple ecosystem solutions and scripting for deployment automation.
Key Skills:
- Jamf 200/240 certified or higher.
- Proven experience in managing Apple devices, particularly in education.
- Strong communication skills (you’ll be explaining tech in ways that make sense to everyone!).
- Ability to multitask and stay organised – this is school, after all, and it’s all about balancing your priorities!
