Key Responsibilities of the IT Business Systems Analyst role:
- Work collaboratively to enhance and optimize ERP systems, ensuring they align with business needs.
- Support the migration to SAP S/4HANA, integrating new applications and improving processes.
- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external service providers to drive system improvements.
- Utilise data analysis skills and relational databases, including SQL, to support ERP enhancements.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst with a background in ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO/SD and experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Excellent data analysis and SQL skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English (B2 level or above), with German skills (B1 level or above).
