Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for complex business use cases.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Design and implement predictive models, including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Validate, monitor, and maintain machine learning models to ensure performance and accuracy in production environments.
- Work with data engineering teams to ensure the availability, quality, and scalability of data pipelines.
- Create and present comprehensive data reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and integrate new methodologies into the team's work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a good focus on machine learning.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with extensive experience using libraries like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- A good understanding of machine learning algorithms.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Keras, PyTorch) for advanced modeling.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with MLOps practices and model deployment in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
