Are you ready to play a vital role in shaping the future of secure communications systems used in over 50 countries worldwide?
A global company driving innovation in secure communications is seeking a proactive and dynamic Product Support Coordinator to join their innovative team.
You’ll be supporting the Product Manager in planning, development, and further evolution of their secure communications system. From successful market launch to the end of the product life cycle, you'll be at the heart of product support and management efforts.
Day to day as Assistant Product Manager:
Strategic Product Planning: Fine-tune requirements for future product generations, establish clear technical understanding, and prioritise market-driven requirements in collaboration with management and sales.
Project Coordination: Prepare and implement decisions for large customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and functionality. Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, system integrators, and clients to ensure project success.
Communication: Be their product evangelist! Represent the secure communications system internally and externally. Motivate the development team to deliver technically advanced products that meet customer needs.
What skills will you need for this Assistant Product Manager role?
Technical Acumen: Sound knowledge of technologies such as C++, Java etc.., and software development methods to assess technical feasibility and project timelines.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Resilience and Organisation: High resilience, analytical skills, and organisational talent to navigate complex projects.
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
