We are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd line application support analyst who has a wealth of experience supporting application software in a hybrid microsoft environment. You will ideally have experience of supporting both on premise and Cloud based applications. You will ideally have supported mainstream application software such as Financials, HRMS, Marketing and CRM solutions.
To be a success in this role you will need to be an excellent problem solver, used to learning new applications and with a passion for customer support. You will work closely with users to understand their issues and with the development team to clarify change requests. A basic ability to read and develop SQL would be an advantage but is not essential.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work 2 or 3 days a week at our clients office in Trowbridge.
