We are looking for a talented UX / UI developer (Front End) to join the Software Development team of our World leading client at an exciting time in their company growth.

The successful applicant will join the company and be part of a team of software professionals, working on new and enhanced products. You will be responsible for User Interface Development and modernisation of the User Interface and UX design across their full software product portfolio from next generation technologies across including web, mobile, tablet and desktop platforms.

The role:

  • UI/UX development and design.
  • Develop highly interactive UI's (user interfaces) and intuitive data visualisation for end users, work across Digital, Web, PC, Mobile platforms.
  • Operational, deployment and support impacts of any design decisions made across abroad spectrum of devices and access platforms
  • Participate in Agile development practice. Planning, daily scrums and reviews.
  • Working with the rest of the team, building technical knowledge, sharing best practice, and resolving any issues that arise.

Skills & experience required:

  • Established background in creating and intuitive front-end UX/ User Interfaces
  • Cross platform Web, Desktop and Mobile development
  • Skilled in up to date UX/ UI development
  • Working with Frameworks, JavaScript - React or Angular Experience
  • MVC, HTML5, CSS frameworks & architecture i.e. Bootstrap, BEM etc
  • UWP
  • UI Testing frameworks
  • Experience in delivering software solutions and products from concept through to release
  • A strong understanding of agile development practices and scrums
  • Test-driven development (TDD) environment exposure
