Are you a Lead Tech Recruiter experienced in Public Sector Contracts?

We have existing tenders in the Public Sector and need a knowledgeable Lead Tech Recruiter like you to nurture and expand upon these.
You'll be the first Lead Tech Recruiter at Eligo to focus solely on Public Sector Contracts and join a very established and successful technology team.
You'll be earning a competitive basic salary alongside a realistic first-year target to build up your contract book by establishing new and capitalising on existing contracts with multiple sector bodies. As well as work with our Bid Writing Consultant to identify and secure further contracts and frameworks.
Not one to shy away from business development, you will build excellent client relationships and establish a healthy pipeline of contract vacancies alongside a strong contractor network and database.
Are you a natural-born leader?
Our strategic growth plans for the team include a Public Sector Contract team, which we want you to lead.
The growth of this team will be through our successful delivery consultant 12-month training programme. Your trainees will support you in the delivery side of your desk whilst learning the job before progressing to full 360 consultants in 12-18 months.
You'll be working with an established team of senior recruiters to mentor, coach, and train you to be a successful Lead Tech Recruiter in your own right and a Manager and Leader of your own Public Sector Contract team.
For this Lead Tech Recruiter role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years+ in contract public sector recruitment (technology) with the drive and ambition to grow and build a team.
