We are looking to recruit an experienced Seivice Improvement Analyst / Manager. You will need to demonstrate that you have practical experience analysing service desk and IT operations processes and can identify opertunites for improvements and create a process improvement roadmap that will lead to the highest levels of service based on ITIL best practice. You should be some who is passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role you will need to demonstrate that you have experience of achieving improvements in productivity and effectiveness by facititating efficient working practices working in conjunction with team managers to create an outstanding working environment. That will include implementing and supporting the managiment of KPI's. We are looking for a positive and supportive individual who will play an active part in securing the buy in of team memebers and stake holders to improvements that will lead to higher productivity and better service standards.
