We are looking for someone who has extensive team leading experience and is looking to further their career in a rewarding, fast paced industry, taking up the role of Service Desk Engineer within a growing, successful company who are leaders in their field.

What would make a great candidate for this role?

  • You have strong Team Leader Experience in a support environment
  • Technical awareness regarding IT support using Windows, AD, Exchange and O365.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for developing and supporting their team
  • Very solid 2nd line expereince

In this role you will be managing a team of 6 people, which would be focused on providing IT support to the company.
