We are looking to recruit an experienced IT servicedesk / IT helpdesk team leader. You will need to demonstrate that you experience of leading a team providing 1st line support, 2nd line support experience would be an advantage. Our client has a Microsoft based infrastructure and the ability to coach and mentor in a Windows, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365 infrastructure would be an advantage.
In this role you will need to demonstrate that you have experience of managing a team of 5 - 10 support analysts. That will include supporting their career development, implementing and managing the implementation of KPI's and administering performance management were neccessary. We are looking for a positive and supportive team leader who enjoys people management and can bring focus and enthusiasiasm to a team working in a busy environment. Experience refining and improving the processes in a busy service desk environment will be a plus.
