We are looking to recruit an experienced hands on Service Desk Team Leader with experience of building and motivating a team of support engineers in a customer facing role. Technically you should be an accomplished 2nd line support analyst who is comfortable with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows and O365 / M365. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to recruit and focus a team of support engineers working in a customer facing role to provide 1st and 2nd line support.
Our client is in the process of migrating from a field based support model to a model were their core service will be delivered through their service desk. In the short term your role will be to manage the existing team as a hands on team leader and grow the team to accommodate the increasing levels of business. The opportunities for further development with the opportunity to build your customer facing skills and grow in to a broader service delivery role with broad customer engagement and involvement in designing client solutions.
