Are you an experienced Service Desk Manager? This may be the role for you!

We are looking for someone who is either an experienced Service desk / helpdesk manager or has extensive team leading experience and is ready to manage multiple teams. If successful you will be able to further your career in a rewarding, fast paced role, taking up the role of Service Desk Manager within a growing, successful company who are leaders in their field.

What would make a great candidate for this role?

  • You have 3 to 4 years of Team Management Experience in a support environment
  • Technical awareness regarding IT support
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for developing and supporting their team

What are the responsibilities of this Service Desk Manager position?
In this role you will be managing several teams, that will would be focused on providing IT support to the company.

You will bring focus to several teams creating structured ITIL based processes.

Creating a high performing team in a supportive and enjoyable working environment.

Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure your teams are providing excellent levels of support.

The role is primarily office based, offices based in Leicester.
