Are you an experienced Service Desk Team Leader? This may be the role for you!

We are looking to recruit a hands on Service Desk Manager / Support Team Leader to lead a team of support engineers providing desktop and infrastructure support to multiple clients. The role is office based, just outskirts of Birmingham, B47.

What would make a great candidate for this role?

Technically you will need at least a solid 2nd Line capability on Microsoft Stack Technologies including M365, Active Directory and Exchange (ideally on premise and Azure / Online) . As a manager you will be a person who creates a collaborative team and enjoyable yet accountable working culture. You will be supported in providing opportunities for progression and technical development for your team.
