Fire & Security - Joining Operations team

Office based Administrator required to join a fast paced operations department!!!

Established for over 12 years - NSI Gold accredited security & fire client seek an experienced service scheduler for their ever growing team.

Seeking a key member for a busy and fast paced operations team, good customer service skills are essential, communication with clients/suppliers on the telephone and by email.


  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Customer services knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position would be ideal but not essential
  • Oversee the stock control system
  • Responsible for goods in and out
  • Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools
  • Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to handle confidential information
  • Able to problem solve, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
  • General administration as required

Points of appeal:

  • £17-19k salary (dependant on experience)
  • 23 days Annual Leave + Statutory Bank Holidays Workplace Pension (Nest)
  • Working Hours - 37.5 hr week
  • Week 1: 08:00 - 16:00
  • Week 2: 09:00 - 17:00
