Senior Sales and Marketing Executive required for a very well known Publishing/Conference organiser with offices worldwide, these guys produce Magazines, Conferences and Awards within the Finance sector. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing and sales professional with 18+ months experience to join a fast growing niche membership and events business that operates globally. The community is unique and exclusive and therein lies both the challenge and opportunity for the successful candidate.

The senior sales and marketing executive will be responsible for both the marketing, promotion and communication of, and delegate sales of their events, including industry-leading 2-day conferences, workshops, roundtables and seminars throughout the EMEA region.

The role will require a dynamic marketeer with pro-active delegate sales ability and prior event marketing experience who is looking for a role in a growth environment with revenue accountability and ready for their next challenge. This role ideally suits an individual who wants to go beyond the traditional boundaries of a pure marketing role and is motivated by developing business/sales and the associated OTE awards this brings.

The successful candidate will be a proven achiever, be target driven, have outstanding communication skills both orally and written, will be an excellent networker, understand the power and efficiencies of the entire marketing mix, be able to source and manage new data/records and manage their own marketing plans and budgets.

As mentioned above to be considered for this role you must have 18 months + with proven B2B Conference, Events, Exhibitions or Awards Marketing with either an interest in also doing Delegate sales on top or someone with the combined Sales and Marketing experience.
