Sales Administrator

Our client has an opportunity for someone who is highly organsied to ensure all day to day quotations are processed as accurately and quickly as possible.

Sales Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls for all departments
  • Design and quote checking
  • Manage sales inbox
  • Order Processing
  • Take quote requests
  • Design quotations
  • Work closely with the field sales reps
  • General customer service
  • Dealing wtih stock and price checking
  • Quote follow ups over the phone
  • Upsell to customers over the phone
