The Role

Mixed between account development, growth, recapture and finding new business, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take over one of our most successful territories and take it to the next level.

We are looking for someone who has the drive and a passion for providing a solution rather than a product and who can sell value rather than price, we don't want someone who thinks they are the finished product (we know that no-one stops learning)

You will be tasked with selling to Security systems installers and integrators, taking over the accounts of some of our highest spending current customers but also looking to gain referrals and spot opportunities to develop new revenue streams. We expect you to be pro-active in going to meet with the right people, however, don't target you on visits for the sake of them, we trust you to use your time effectively and if that means 2 visits in a week with key accounts or 12 with new integrators that move the business forward, that's your call.

We will support you with product training, an in-house telesales and marketing team and 1on1 coaching from the Sales Director to make sure you are successful, you bring the attitude and passion, we will back you all the way! We have invested in Salesforce CRM to make forecasting and organising your territory as easy as possible.

Product Road Map

We know that we will never be the cheapest, we don't try to be, what we do have is a team of dedicated R&D engineers working to constantly evolve and improve our offering taking on board feedback from the sales team and customers.

We have recently invested over 1.5m Euros in our head office production facility as we know that if a customer gets let down then getting them back is difficult, we don't want to leave that to chance!

We do have competitors in the market but no-one that offers the same IP capability as we do, we were the first to bring it to market and we are determined to stay ahead of the curve.

We have loads of new products on route including app-based and virtual server products, we are also the only company to have fully adopted a cloud-based system.


Still to be exactly confirmed but likely to be in the region of £35-40k Basic with an OTE of £18-25k going forward because you get paid a % of everything you sell you are in control of your earnings, helping you to plan for that house move, family holiday or new car purchase. Also because of the run rate business, you are likely to earn at least 50% of the OTE without growing it at all, this is not a start from scratch exercise!
