Basic salary: 24,000- 27,000 (depending on experience)

Full-time role

The team has numerous and diverse responsibilities across the Business, supporting every function of the Organisation - sales, daily operations, data, administration, finance, compliance, technology, HR.

As a Recruitment Operations Executive, your key responsibilities include

(but are not limited to):

  • Making improvements on existing systems and internal processes, also ensuring they are utilised by the Business and running efficiently;
  • Ensuring our entire Technology stack is working and is utilised as well as possible- getting feedback, logging Support tickets, communicating with the team when something is not working and relaying to the Support teams;
  • Supplier Management - regular catch-ups with Account Managers of existing suppliers, as well as sourcing new alternative providers;
  • CRM management - being our CRM "guru", who can help consultants use the database (their most important tool) in the most efficient and productive way;
  • Being our expert on our entire technology stack (data tools, KPI analytics, HR, communication tools) and being able to answer any "how to" questions;
  • Helping our Marketing team on various data analytics and marketing campaigns;
  • Building a good relationship and rapport with the whole team and helping them utilise our technology and infrastructure;
  • Taking notes in confidential meetings;
  • Organising company events, parties, birthday gifts, client gifts, etc.
  • Office management and maintenance -ensuring the smooth running of the office facilities;
  • Setting up and welcoming new employees and ensuring they have all the required infrastructure;
  • Phone support - answering incoming phone enquiries and directing them to the right person;
  • Ad- hoc admin support;

  • A team player with excellent communication & organisational skills, paying attention to detail;
  • Technologically intuitive and having a keen eye for exploring and utilising new software and systems;
  • A personable individual with a "can-do" attitude; able to portray a professional image by phone and email to customers;
  • Approach each day with an outgoing, confident, and sunny disposition;
  • Able to enjoy and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Familiar and working well with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Speaking Italian is a benefit;
  • Having worked in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced sales environment before is a benefit, but not a must;
