Marketing Manager wanted for an award winning exhibition organiser based just outside London, these guys run a number of Consumer and B2B shows here in the UK and across Europe. This growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial business provides staff with fast-track career progression and role ownership.
As a Marketing Manager the role will initially focus on two growing consumer event brands (in 'hot' markets) in multiple UK locations, plus one niche trade event brand. All these events have exciting futures and require the right marketing professional to 'own' and drive them forward, ensuring they fulfil their significant potential. The role also encompasses speaker sourcing and onsite content management for these events. The chosen candidate will be a passionate career-marketer, able to demonstrate a holistic understanding of modern marketing techniques and with proven 'hands on' experience in event marketing.
A talent for 'relationship marketing' is essential. The candidate must have the understanding, ability and confidence to research and find relevant third parties that could aid show marketing objectives, then make an approach, then build, manage and maintain mutually-beneficial partnerships. Exceptional communication skills are critical; written, phone and face-to-face.
To be considered for this Marketing Manager's role you must have proven B2B or Consumer Events marketing with at least 3 to 5 years experience.
