We are looking for a National Specification Sales Manager who has a proven track record of selling solutions, to promote and sell solutions/products to FM companies (Facility Management) and winning Major Projects for a leading UK lighting manufacturer of Commercial / Interior lighting.
You will be an intricate part of a growing sales team. Your ideas will be always welcome and you will get rewarded for all the hard work you put in which you will be able to notice on your paycheck (please see salary and commission offered below). This is a new role for the business and one that they see as being pivotal to their continued success!!
In essence, in this Major Project & FM focussed role, you will create profitable relationships with your own contacts, whilst also helping the current sales force win Major Projects and increase business across the group via the FM channel.
You are an ideal candidate for this role if you have an excellent knowledge and understanding of lighting, ideally with a particular focus on commercial architectural applications, and a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the given contact base.
