Mac IT Support Analyst

Multi-disciplinary creative agency seeks outgoing Mac IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line Mac IT support.

Mac IT support tasks including:

• Providing day-to-day IT support, resolving requests in a timely and effective manner
• Dealing with freelance staff and VPN etc
• Collaborating on projects to help build their infrastructure
• Managing the user on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Ensuring hardware & software assets are tracked
• Ensuring documentation is kept up to date
• Monitoring back-ups and assisting with archiving
• Supporting and resolving issues with printers, phones, video conferencing and AV
• Liaising with suppliers to keep appropriate equipment stock levels

You:

• You have strong experience of supporting and troubleshooting macOS - 99% macOS environment
• You have good knowledge of administering G-Suite
• You have some experience with Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP and MDM
• You're comfortable with networking and are familiar with the troubleshooting techniques
• You maybe have some experience with servers (Windows/Linux)
• You have a good understanding of user permissions and access rights
• You have experience of using open source tools
• You have some scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash) and are comfortable using the CLI
• You thrive under pressure
• You enjoy learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends
• You can work independently and within a team
