You've got creative flair as well as a knack for business. You can sculpt words into something that affects and influences. You understand the scope of opportunity and seize it. You're probably looking for a role like this.

We're looking to expand our Italian SAP Recruitment team to include you as our first Italian market specialist marketing assistant. The SAP Italian team are the biggest and fastest-growing at Eligo Recruitment, which is why we're looking for someone like you to help us reach candidates and clients effectively in the Italian market.

What will you be doing?

This Italian speaking marketing role involves taking forward Eligo's' existing marketing efforts to the Italian market. This covers everything from creating content for our website and marketing collateral to managing social media, attending events, and reporting back on your activity.

As part of the role, there is also the opportunity to work with the Italian team in connecting with incredible technology talent and utilising your marketing and communication skills to build relationships with them (and with this, the opportunity to earn more bonuses!)

This role is extremely varied, and an exciting one! We see it as a great opportunity for you to put your marketing skills into action within a successful business environment, whilst continually challenging yourself and developing as you go.

Basics you'll need for this Technology marketing assistant role:

  • You're able to speak and write in Italian and English
  • You've got a degree orientated around Writing, Marketing, Business/Management, Psychology, or Technology
  • You're not quite Sherlock, but your research skills would do Watson proud
  • You've got a great understanding of new media and the digital online world

Not essential, but we'll be pretty excited if:

  • You have an understanding of the recruitment environment, particularly in the tech market
  • Your knowledge of SEO doesn't stop at knowing what it stands for. You know your meta-descriptions from your alt-tags and your keyword research is second to none.
  • You've managed social media accounts for a range of purposes before and are able to work towards a content and strategy plan

So, what have we got to offer you?

A lot of companies say it, but we truly put the emphasis on you. Our workplace is genuinely supportive and nurturing. Our appreciation and support for your talent will show, and we hope it will help you grow.

You can find out more about life at Eligo and our benefits on our website, LinkedIn, Instagram, or speak to some of our staff! Some would say they like the duvet days, holidays, or Friday drinks whilst for others it'd be the flexi-time, personal development plans, or all that time off (including over Christmas, so if you're planning on flying home to see the family, you don't need to fret!)

Of course, there's the salary. This is dependent on experience, though we're confident that your career will only develop and grow once you're here. We're more than happy to provide training and have dedicated plans for your development which include pay reviews every 6 months.

There's also a bonus scheme and company incentives to continually reward your success.

A bit about us:

We've been around since 2001 starting off in the technology recruitment sector. Since, we've ridden the wave of the recession and continued to grow, adding Building Services, Medical, and Events divisions to the company.

Our marketing team has been a key and firm fixture of our success, instilling creativity throughout our teams, and spreading the Eligo brand across the world.

Eligo HQ is set firmly within central Wimbledon, where you can experience all the quirks and niceties of a village on the green, as well as the buzz, culture, and entertainment of the city. Of course, there's also the Tennis.

If you think you're our perfect technology marketing assistant and this role ticks all your boxes, please apply or get in touch. We're looking forward to hearing from you!
