We are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join a small, but international and growing financial analytics company in SW London, working closely with the Infrastructure Architect and CTO. The ideal candidate will come from a SME business in a B2B environment, will have a passion for providing first class end user support, and enjoys supporting and driving through strategic change and improvements on IT enhancement and change projects.

On a day-to-day basis as IT Support Engineer you will support users by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues and installing applications and programmes. You will work with the Infrastructure Architect to resolve network issues, configure operating systems and support the delivery of projects and system enhancements.

To shine in this role as IT Support Engineer, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in providing extensive Tier 1 & 2 support to a range of end users, administration of help desk software such as Zendesk, Office 365 application support (SharePoint, Skype, etc.), Windows 10 and Windows Server 2008-2019 support, Microsoft IIS web server administration, hardware configuration and support, and basic Networking knowledge.
