We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Service Improvement Manager. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a material difference to the level of service delivered by the IT operations and support standards and can be instrumental in the design and documentation of meaningful and achievable and measurable SLA's and the improvement of the IT operations processes and procedures that underpin the successful delivery of a culture of continuous improvement.
To be a success in this role it is likely you will have a background in IT service delivery , IT operations or IT Business Process improvement including the development of SLA's and the underlying processes that make them achievable. You will believe in an evidence based approach and will be instrumental in driving the creation of a suite of reports to evidence performance levels. Any accreditations in ITIL and or Six Sigma would be an advantage.
This is a key role working closely with key stakeholders and the IT leadership team. It is an opportunity to make a real difference in the level of service provided and how it it perceived.
