My client is looking to recruit a service improvement manager / process improvement manager. It is likely you have a background in IT Problem Management, or IT Software Service Delivery or IT service management.
Our client provides SaaS solutions to enterprise clients. In this role you will be responsible for the review and improvement of service with their largest clients. This might involve Problem management, the review of support process to identify opportunities to improve performace or using lessons learned with one client to anticipate and proactively manage vunerabilities with other key clients. This is a role that will be instrumental in creating the levels of service and relationship management that make a real difference. You will build excellent working relationships with key stake holders, operations teams both client's and your own to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
