We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager who can demonstrate experience of successfully managing multiple teams to support a substantial IT environment. Ideally you will have managed in excess of 20 people, be able to show a culture of contiuous improvement and the abilty to build a motivated and engaged team. Your engagement skills will also extend to building an excellent rapport with stakeholders and clients setting realistic expectations and ensuring your teams are structured to deliver service levels that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
The technical environment is a combination of a Microsoft based infrastructure with a Cisco network architecture and using M365. The business is a leader in their field with multiple offices throughout the country. Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage. The core requirement is excellent stakeholder management experience combined with proven operational managment experience building a motivated team and a culture of continuous improvement.
