INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT
About my client:
My client is a very well established and are considered a leading distributor of IT Infrastructure, Network, Security & AV Solutions based in Bracknell.
- Seeking a Internal Sales Support/Customer Service person to cover the London region.
About the role:
- To fully support the external Salesperson, to look after the orders, quotes, dealing with inbound customer traffic, perhaps even running the customer side of the job, working alongside one of the external sales BDMs.
- £1M monetary target for the combined team consisting of the internal support person and external salesperson.
- This is an office-based role, so you would need to live in a commutable distance from Bracknell.
About the person:
- Ideally someone from a strong customer service background
- Someone with some sort of sales experience would be advantageous as there will be ample occasions to identify up/cross selling opportunities when on the phone with the customer.
- Looking for someone with a dynamic approach, who can stand on own two feet.
- Proactive capability, someone who capable to cross sell when the opportunity arises.
- Someone with career aspirations and a drive to succeed, as there is potential to evolve into Field Sales later down the line.
- Articulate, strong communicator, confident phone manner.
- Able to use one's own initiative.
- I am looking for someone with a proactive approach to follow up quotes, cross sell etc, someone who maybe wants to take the step up from a customer service role.
- Up to £25k depending on experience and what you can bring to the table, plus annual profit share (the salary is flexible, my client can possibly offer more for the right candidate).
