Integration Solution Architect - FinTech Consultancy - Digital Banking
We have a position for an Integration Architect with a background working for consultancies (e.g. Deloitte, Capgemini, Capco, etc.) within a software vendor or enterprise scale services environment, to join a leading consultancy who provides payment and enterprise solutions to Tier 1 Financial Institutions.
In addition to their consultancy services, they have also developed their own product within payment technology which is innovative, revolutionary and is leading the way for how payments are made in the future, used by the world's leading financial institutions.
As an Integration Architect you will be working onsite with clients to help them achieve their business aims by providing architectural, domain and delivery expertise at the solution level.
As Integration Architect you wll have experience in interface/service design and associated technologies and patterns (including API and Service Development and Management software e.g. IBM API-Connect, Apigee), as well as experience in Micro-Services-based design (including implementation experience), container based technologies, and technology experience of the IBM integration stack (MQ, Integration Bus 9+) from both a solution design and service/flow development perspective.
You will be highly technical and have strong communication skills to work with colleague's cross-functionally, and the gravitas to get clients to buy into your ideas.
Knowledge of Payment Schemes (BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, FPS, SWIFT) and a background working with consultancies to deliver, integrate and implement software solutions in the Financial Service sector would be highly beneficial as Integration Architect.
The HQ is based in South West London (although you will be based onsite primarily in Central London), and salary on offer for the role of Integration Architect is up to £85,000pa, plus discretionary 20% bonus (paid out in FULL over the last 5 years), 10% pension, among other excellent company benefits.
After spending the first 2-3 weeks in training to acclimatise you to their business and systems as an Integration Architect, you will be put onto your first client for 3 months+. They try to roll bench to give Architects variety, so you need to be open to travel - clients are mainly in Central London, but there are some slightly further afield such as Swindon.
