As HR Coordinator you will manage the end-to-end process for HR administration through the employee lifecycle, coordinating with finance and payroll to handle new starters, leavers, and monthly changes.

You'll take ownership of HRIS platforms, all people related to MI and maintain all people-related policies whilst supporting the successful rollout of people initiatives globally.

So, what can you bring to the table for this HR Coordinator role?

You'll be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail, a passion for first-class customer service, and ideally with experience working in a similar role at a tech/product-based business.

You are proactive and resourceful when approaching and resolving issues and have experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

You have great knowledge of Google Suite and experience using an HRIS system such as Workday or Bamboo HR.
