Head of Membership wanted for a niche Conference organiser based in London, these guys run a number of Conferences, Webinars, Reports and Be-Spoke projects here in the UK aimed at the Technology sector.
As a Head of Membership you will be working across their products selling memberships and delegate seats to C-level executives over the phone, you will also manage a small team of Membership/Delegate Sales people (2/3) mentoring and training them. The client wants someone who is money/target driven but at the same time wants to build relationships and offer a consultative sale.
To be considered for this Head of Membership role you must have proven B2B Membership or delegate sales with at least 5 to 7 years, 2 of those years with proven man-management. The client would also consider someone coming from a Media Sales background as long as they have the sales management experience.
