A long-standing client of mine based in Yate Nr Bristol is seeking an experienced Finance orientated Administrator to join a friendly support team.
My client has been established for over 15 years, they are an established and hugely respected Alarm Receiving and Remote Video Response Centre (ARC/RVRC) in Yate Bristol.
My client offers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year quality service providing outstanding customer care and technical support, they work in collaboration with a nationwide collective of high-quality security installation and maintenance partnered customers, offering dedicated account management and false alarm management.
Details of the role:
- The role is that of Office Administrator - I am ideally seeking someone with good financial acumen and a head for numbers as you will be dealing with and creating invoices, also you will be involved with credit control etc.
- Dealing with inbound queries and completing tasks
- Problem solving
- General office duties and responsibilities
- Paying between £20000 and £23500 depending on what experience you can bring to the table.
- Experienced Administrator,
- Be confident across most if not all Microsoft Office applications.
- Good financial acumen and have a head for numbers.
- Friendly, team player, good communicator.
- Easily commutable to the Yate area - would suit someone who ideally drives.
