A rapidly growing global payment technology business are searching for an IT professional able to blend good DBA skills with the best of the DevOps philosophy in their UK office in Kent.

They need someone who understands MySQL replication, but who can also code to a reasonable level.

They need someone who knows the strengths and weaknesses of AWS RDS, but who can also relax and kick-back with their easy-going but highly skilled development team.

They need someone who knows how to drive an ORM, but who's willing to try skiing with them this winter in their Swiss office.

They need someone who knows how schema management fits into a CI/CD process, but who also knows how to explain it clearly to a junior dev.

They need someone who knows that database management can't live in a silo, and who wants to work with a team who agrees.

They need a DevOps MySQL DBA!
