They are seeking a Development Manager/Team Lead with who will bring with them energy and passion for supporting all users of their software.
You will lead the ship of their US brand and cloud-based platform, heading up a cross-functional team of 10 PHP Developers and QA Engineers as they move to shared systems with their UK brand. This is a hands-off role (apart from helping out when needed), making architectural decisions in a primarily PHP environment, with potential opportunities to build in Go in the future.
They will consider Senior or Lead Developers who have led teams even if it's just as a Tech Lead or an experienced Development Manager. Preference is someone from a PHP background, but they would look at candidates from other languages, particularly Perl.
This role is an urgent hire so the interview process is likely to move very quickly.
