Conference Operations Manager wanted for a well-known Publisher/Conference organiser based in London, these guys do Magazines, Reports and Conferences here in the UK and Internationally, with other offices worldwide. Their events are incredibly be-spoke and invite only aimed at the B2B sector.

As a Conference Operations Manager you will be working on 6 core 2 day conferences, delegate average 120/150, you will also work on a further 5 to 10 smaller events, these are seminars and virtual events, delegate average 25/30. You will be dealing with the delegates, sponsors and speakers, along with AV/Lighting, dealing with contractors and suppliers, budgets, planning and reporting. Also dealing with venues, hotels, registration and general operations/logistics for these events.

To be considered for this Conference Operations Manager role you must have proven B2B Conference operations with at least 3 to 5 years' experience, the client will also consider applicants coming from an Association/Corporate Banking background. Good all-round opportunity.
