Are you a Business Development Director with 3-5 years' experience in B2B Conferences or Exhibitions?
Or maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial events?
A well-known information provider/event organiser based in London is looking for a skilled Business Development Director like you to work within their events division for the UK, European and Asian markets.
As Business Development Director specialising in B2B Conferences you will;
- Use your experience, drive and tenacity to secure and grow repeat business from existing clients, whilst acquiring new clients relevant to their evolving products and services.
- Have a strong sales skill set, with demonstrable success in developing relationships, winning new business, and consistently achieving sales targets by navigating senior decision makers to encourage them to utilise events via sponsorship and marketing services to meet their objectives and grow their businesses.
- Be able to demonstrate a successful history of hitting sales targets through a combination of great sales planning, effective account management and proactive new business development success. Determining and monitoring your personal core KPIs and collaborating with colleagues will be crucial to keeping on track.

Working as Business Development Director, you'll be earning £40,000 - £55,000 base (with an OTE £75,000 dependant on performance.)
