BioPharma IS Business Analyst - Analytics and Knowledge Management
The Analytics and Knowledge Management team at the new West London Research & Development (R&D) unit within this ambitious multi-national consumer goods company, are seeking an experienced Information Systems Business Analyst to join them to implement research solutions.
This role requires the individual to have worked as a Business Analyst in a life sciences organisation that makes food and medical products such as drugs, medical devices, or medical software applications, or an organisation with Good Laboratory, Clinical, or Manufacturing Practices (GxP) compliance requirements.
You need to have led at least 3 GxP validated system deployments as an Information Systems Business Analyst and will be able to confidently manage GxP system validation and change management, as well as the ability to use CCMS Trackwise change control process for GxP systems. An understanding of AWS cloud services, cloud-based API services (e.g. Amazon AI), how to manage AWS coordination with multiple teams and an appreciation of considerations of using AWS products in GxP Systems is also important.
The Information Systems Business Analyst will also design, develop and maintain crawlers and document processing/enrichment pipelines; design, develop and implement compelling data visualisations, dashboard, tools and utilities; research and evaluate technical solutions including various open source and propriety search platforms, NoSQL databases (e.g. Hbase and MongoDB), graph databases and web-based search user interface tools; as well as leading testing workstreams including unit testing, integration testing, functionality testing and UAT.
Standard Business Analyst experience is also required including translation of business requirements into technical requirements, the authoring of systems and technical documentation (e.g. Requirement Specifications), preparation and maintenance of communication materials (e.g. Roadmaps), effective management of stakeholders (internal business partners, service partners and vendors), as well as providing support to setting up multiple environments for Development, Testing and Production, and providing Run/DevOps support for search platforms and applications.
